12 Years 8 months minimum. Then back to throwing kids of balconies again.
This is Minnesota. I doubt he will spend 12 years in prison. Like most states, Minnesota obscures how much actual time is served, using words like ‘furlough’ instead of parole when parole might be prohibited.
Yeah, what is this “mandatory” sentence of 19 years....but only 2/3 mandatory in prison?
We are such a society of wimps. I’d like to say that bout the victims,as well....speaking of all love is NOT helping any rehab which SHOULD come with plenty of righteous indignation.
