Then a friend of mine recently got a hernia lifting something, really BAD one where his intestines pushed out, and guess what? No insurance so he is utterly screwed so I said I better buy some, but oops! Not allowed!
I drove for Werner for a few years before going independent. I made a little more money on my own but it was nice having Werner pick up the half tab for decent coverage. Safe travels, sir.
