Nancy Pelosi IS beginning to show the impairments that come with age. That the speech is slurred and motions somewhat uncoordinated is not necessarily a sign of inebriation, it could very well be seen as sign of worsening physical deterioration of the central nervous system.

Parkinson’s? Senile dementia? Possibly an undiagnosed stroke?

Having worked in three nursing homes and while not a doctor I can tell with almost near certainty you are exactly correct in your assumption of Pelosi. The woman is a year from 80 years old. She's in the age frame to start exhibiting the early symptoms of the three medical conditions you spoke of. A stroke can happen to a person in their thirties. My late mother began exhibiting signs of Alzheimer's when she was in her late sixties. She had a massive stroke and died at seventy five.
