Durham investigating FBI AND Hillary
CBS ^ | 5/31/2019 | CBS

JAN CRAWFORD: Um, what's the status of Huber's investigation in Utah? I think the former Attorney General Sessions had asked him to look at this.

WILLIAM BARR: Right, so Huber had originally been asked to take a look at the FISA applications and the electronic surveillance but then he stood back and put that on hold while the Office of Inspector General was conducting its review, which would've been normal for the department. And he was essentially on standby in case Mr. Horowitz referred a matter to him to be handled criminally. So he has not been active on this front in recent months and so Durham is taking over that role. The other issues he's been working on relate to Hillary Clinton. Those are winding down and hopefully we'll be in a position to bring those to fruition.

JAN CRAWFORD: So he won't be involved in this really at all then?

WILLIAM BARR: No.

JAN CRAWFORD: This is his role, it's done?

WILLIAM BARR: Right.

JAN CRAWFORD: And now Durham is going to pick up--

WILL BARR: Yes, right.

Horowitz is Toothless and not thought highly of by Prosecutors. He serves Wray, in his view. His referrals have been ignored (McCabe). He is really HR light, his findings are routinely ignored.

Why would Huber wait for Horowitz to finish? It makes no sense. Horowitz can’t require any agency to answer questions (outside FBi and DoJ). He is totally lost with FISA and unmasking as so much of that process is outside of his purview. Horowitz has no Subpoena power. He has No Grand Jury power. Even with Strzok and Page stating they were using personal, pubic email to send and receive Classified info, Horowitz could do nothing to reach their Gmails and personal phones.

Horowitz points out procedural changes for Agencies to CONSIDER.

So why would Huber wait for Horowitz to finish?

Why wouldn’t he tell this to the Republican House?

Why didn’t Barr say, Horowitz is coming in two weeks, let’s let Huber finish his FISA/unmasking /leaking Investigation?

Huber is a Deep State Fraud that only served to protect the Guilty, and it took a new AG to get him to admit he’s done nothing.

Point out one thing in the above that is inaccurate.

Huber and Horowitz sound like complete frauds and I don’t expect we’ll get anything out of them. Huber, in particular, seems to have accomplished absolutely nothing. Reading between the lines, Barr has the same feeling about Huber. In Durham I have more hope.

Any excuse to drag it out and hope it goes away.

If Huber (Obama Appointee) has asked one Question of someone in Hillary’s orbit - one question - the Clinton Machine would’ve come down on Huber.

Huber could’ve told Barr, I’ve haven’t done anything, they was the plan, OR he could say I’m waiting for Horowitz to finish (which makes no sense).

I’m not including Durham in any of my statements.

And Durham got it because the others were playing Block any real Investigation - and I think it’s included in the explanations Barr says don’t add up.

I don’t think anybody has found anyone who has even been questioned by Huber yet. Not that I’m aware of anyways.

We spent decades waiting for this. I will believe it when i see it.

Don't ever forget how evil these people are.
They will kill lots of people before they go down.

Right.

And he avoided Whistleblowers.

How many times do we have to be proved right with Huber.

Rosenstein and Wray only wanted Horowitz and Huber for a reason!

The FBi will restate the Policy, we found no Political Motive, blah, blah, blah. Throw some HR training in there.

My response to Barr: There’s law in this country, when it’s obvious all these crimes lead straight back to two people?

Yeah, you'd think calling an Obama appointed U.S. Attorney, Huber, a "white hat" would automatically put them on thin ice on this site.

Re: John Huber is a Deep State Fraud.

That's why Obama appointed him U.S. Attorney for Utah.

Democrats NEVER make a mistake with judges or prosecutors.

Fascinating interview transcript. Read the whole thing.

Who cares about Huber... no one with sense even took him seriously.

This interview gives a good feel of where Barr is coming from (heading to). He spent 50 years working in these agencies, and he has deep loyalties... but he's righteously pissed off at what they did to Trump (and us). I think he wants to fix the problem, and he will somehow... but still protect some of his longtime friends (Mueller - 30 years).

I hope he can see it through, however long it might take.

Yep, and he said that he'll hopefully be bringing that case, (Hillary Clinton) to "fruition"

Interesting choice of words since prosecutors and investigators aren't really in the business of finding people not guilty.

It'd be sweet to see Mrs Clinton indicted for something like fraud, embezzlement, a RICO beef.

Dream on, I know but if his offices gets her indicted by a GJ, it's not going to be for being drunk in public - it might be something serious.

The SOL clock is ticking on a lot of those charges. I think she is still ripe for a long time yet on espionage charges though. 10 years on that one.

Mueller is connected to two former heads of the CIA.

“And he was essentially on standby in case Mr. Horowitz referred a matter to him to be handled criminally”

Anyone indicated?, didn’t think so. In other words no one will be held accountable. Shocking. Maybe Barr will change that, or not.

Yes, we got to get some offense going with some indictments. If this was football it would be like playing 15 games without having the ball!
