Here's the dirty little secret on Chik-Fil-A, they are training tomorrow's leaders! Chik-Fil-A recruits the top in their class young people to work for them. Chik-Fil-A recruits the students who are leaders in sports, student government and academics.

Those hired then are trained by Chik-Fil-A to be respectful, think on their feet, help everyone and be polite while doing it.

Next visit to a Chik-Fil-A watch the employees and compare to what you have noticed at other restaurants.
