A federal judge on Tuesday gave lawyers for President Trump and Democrats on the House Oversight and Reform Committee until the end of the week to make their final arguments on whether the court should uphold a subpoena requesting Trump’s private financial records. District Judge Amit Mehta, during the first court hearing in D.C. over the subpoena issued by Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings (D-Md.) for records from the accounting firm Mazars, said he considers the matter to be “fully exhausted” after hearing arguments from attorneys on both sides. And he promised to quickly issue a ruling on the matter.

Sounds like he's saying, "You can't appeal MY ruling".
The congressional committee doesn’t have “standing”, according to the response to every single request for zerobama’s records.
If this judge rules in favor of forcing President Trump to turn over his financials, Trump should immediately release every single bit of zerobama’s fake history and claim this ruling as precedent.
What is the difference, as to whose tax returns are requested, of a private citizen? A private citizen, beloved by the democrats, funding democrats, and being in the public eye for over 30 years, suddenly becomes an enemy of the State, and worthy of such scrutiny, by declaring himself a presidential candidate for the opposing party?? This is more like a NYC whore suing a john for nonpayment@!

Democrats are in slash and burn mode and have no thought to how this might turn out eventually. The goal is to get Trump and stop any release of information about how the Russia hoax was started. It was like when Harry Reid changed the rules of the Senate to fit their needs at the time, never thinking that those changes could ultimately benefit Republicans. The Democrats ultimate goal is to gain power and never release it, so their dirty tricks can never be used against them.
