I agree. The show started off funny and the short homo is actually pretty funny, but then they let him get seriously crass

He was actually Tom Conway, but Hollywood already had one of those.

George Sanders's brother.

LOL yeah, he said it it really softly and in a mumble. "They couldn't go f*ckit like the other elephants when they go "PHRRRRR!, all they could do is go just blow and go "FNORKIT!" I had to turn up the volume, watch his lips, and listen closely to be sure he said what I thought he said. 🤣

Los Angeles will give anyone a long illness. Stay away from there.

Tim Jr had the long goodbye. Don’t know if that makes it any easier. Listening to people’s reminiscences of Tim Sr... no one who knew him had a bad word to say about Tim Sr. He wasn’t one to get angry and he never talked badly about others. I knew someone just like that. You don’t realize how rare that is until they are gone.

Wonderful stories, all. Timmy seems like he has a lot of his dad in them. I’ve been sad for him all day but I do believe it must help to know the world is mourning with you, and the world knew your dad’s talent and loved him for it. I’d like to think this is true.

It’s wonderful for the family to go to sleep tonight and know Dad is no longer in discomfort or struggling or has any problems at all. I know for me it was a relief, and I’m sure it was for you as well. Sad for the loss, important to celebrate the life and the love, but when they’ve been so sick for so long, it is indeed a blessing to be done with all that and to be where nothing can hurt them again.

Maybe they now revel at being freed from their infirmities and perhaps we will see them again. That is the hope, someday we will know if it also is a promise.

I sometimes hear my dad’s voice and laughter at things I’m doing. It seems now, 3 years later, he is himself at his best. The years of him being infirm are as if they didn’t happen.

"Sheriff Clarke was the then Sheriff of Selma, Alabama."

Whew! Thank you - I thought they were talking about our Sheriff DAVID Clarke! I didn't think he had died.

Ha! You’re right. The article was posted here the other day (http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/3748801/posts). I was just skimming the headlines and didn’t notice the date. Never mind.
