All the commie states get big windfalls. Pelosi’s People’s Republic of California gets a whopping $3 billion, Illinois gets $1½ billion; even hermit kingdom New Jersey gets $250 million and Comrade Murphy is so happy.

An improved economy is improved for everyone. Silly liberals are probably patting themselves on the back for all their hard work. They will blow all of the windfall from an expanding economy. Just watch.

Just like the big “surpluses” at federal level, which disappear just as quickly because the Uniparty will always be spend-happy.

Don't forget the bullet train to nowhere. They can hire a lot more consultants for twice the money without laying a mile of track.

‘The “windfall” comes from those state’s taxpayers.’

Thinking the same - same for the Governors and reps, not so great for the people paying that money.

In any case, as upper-end people learn how badly they’re screwed by the people they elected, in most cases, they will start to look at ‘options’.

It’s great that those large income taxpayers are paying those increases that were previously protected by legislation that made taxpayers from states with lower state taxes have the ability to shift the taxes they owed to the rest of the country.

What red state taxpayer wants to pay the state taxes on some rich Blue Stater’s jillion dollar mansion or condo on Park Avenue.????
