In Part One, we learned that Zero Hedge had discovered that Evelyn Farkas had resigned her position in the Obama administration in September 2015. Which led to a very interesting question and point:
“She was afraid the Trump people would gain access to their intelligence and whisk it away — because they’re all Russian spies, obviously. Aside from what appears to be a brazen confirmation of spying on the Trump team, the bigger red flag here is DR. FARKAS WASN’T EMPLOYED BY THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION AT THE TIME THE RUSSIAN ALLEGATIONS AROSE. ACCORDING TO PENTAGON RECORDS, DR. FARKAS RESIGNED IN SEPTEMBER OF 2015. SO HOW DID THIS NON-RESIDENT FELLOW AT THE ATLANTIC COUNCIL, MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS, AND FORMER DEPUTY ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF DEFENSE FOR RUSSIA, UKRAINE AND EURASIA, GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF INTELLIGENCE REGARDING MEMBERS OF TRUMP’S TEAM AND THEIR RELATIONS WITH RUSSIA, WHEN SHE WAS THE SENIOR FOREIGN POLICY ADVISOR FOR PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE HILLARY CLINTON?”
Zero Hedge does not give an answer, or if it did, via youtube clip, those have been pulled. Nevertheless, the question is still viable. And by now we can make guesses that it didn’t matter if she was officially IN the administration. She continued to be a voice and a person serving the Agenda, however that could be accomplished.

Zero Hedge is pointing out that she was one of the voices basically ginning up war with Russia by arming Ukraine:
“…Farkas was THE PRIME DRIVER behind the anti-Russia phobia inside the Pentagon during the Obama years — shilling hard for the Ukraine — REQUESTING THAT THE PRESIDENT SEND THEM ANTI-TANK MISSILES — WHICH, ESSENTIALLY, WOULD MEAN OUTRIGHT WAR WITH RUSSIA.”
Oh my dear sainted Aunt Matilda - “THE PRIME DRIVER” - Evelyn seems to definitely be a PLAYER! And a false flag hawkish one, at that.
We notice her CFR membership as a matter of course. It is also easy to find in almost any bio you find on her of her affiliation with the Aspen Socrates Program. (Lots of good stuff there, by the way) She was also selected to be a Harold Rosenthal Fellow, and later an advisor. (More good stuff - see Part Four for more detail on Aspen and Rosenthal).
However, did you also notice one of her credentials is “non-resident fellow at the Atlantic Council,”
“Atlantic Council.”
“ATLANTIC COUNCIL.”
Where did we hear of that before???
Ahhhh yes. It was recently when we were exploring a bit of neonrevolt’s very long treatise on UKRAINE and the many things happening there and connected to it.
We learned from neonrevolt that the Atlantic Council is a Soros-backed organization with LOTS of not just skullduggery, but also is a fountainhead of major Skull Diggers.
Neonrevolt says:
“For those who don’t know, the Atlantic Council was the group that slammed Disobedient Media when they exposed the Clintons and Laura Silsby’s child trafficking operation out of Haiti:…”
Neonrevolt quotes a Zero Hedge article:
“…The Atlantic Council has a troubling history of taking money from foreign special interest groups and government agencies in return for pushing propaganda to support various initiatives around the globe. The New York Times has named the Atlantic Council along with the Brookings Institution and the Center for Strategic and International Studies as being think tanks which have made undisclosed “agreements” with foreign governments. THE ARTICLE DENOUNCED THE ATLANTIC COUNCIL FOR HAVING “OPENED A WHOLE NEW WINDOW INTO AN ASPECT OF THE INFLUENCE-BUYING IN WASHINGTON THAT HAS NOT PREVIOUSLY BEEN EXPOSED….”
And oh my my my:
“…Atlantic Council has released a number of glowing reviews of Soros’ “philanthropic” work despite the fact that his OPEN SOCIETY FOUNDATION HAS RECENTLY BEEN EXPELLED FROM HUNGARY and is under audit along with affiliated NGO groups in Macedonia due to accusations of meddling in national elections and improperly seeking to influence public opinion….”
And who are we studying who are simply mired in HUNGARIAN TIES?
That’s right…our dear Charles and his bright daughter, Evelyn.
Remember, one of her credentials is “non-resident fellow at the Atlantic Council.”
And finally the Zero Hedge reminder pointed at by neonrevolt:
“MOREOVER, THE ATLANTIC COUNCIL HAS A PARTNERSHIP WITH BURISMA GROUP, A UKRAINIAN NATURAL GAS COMPANY.”
“Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden sits on the board at Burisma!”
I truly did not expect to end up here in this dig. Did she play a direct part in advising Joe and Hunter? If she was beating the drum for that false flag war to happen, can we truly believe she did not at least dip in her oar to sort of nudge the Burisma scheme along?
“Evelyn Farkas worked as the deputy assistant secretary of defense for Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia during the administration starting in 2010.”
Zero Hedge tells us she resigned in September 2015.

“Hunter Biden, 45, a former Washington lobbyist, joined the Burisma board in April 2014. That month, as part of an investigation into money laundering, British officials froze London bank accounts containing $23 million that allegedly belonged to Mr. Zlochevsky.”
BOOM! - that sort of gives us a strong indication that Evelyn might have been at least aware, if not an advisor, to that whole Burisma scheme. It was her area of responsibility - 2010- Sept 2015. Hunter was appointed to Burisma in 2014. She left the administration to become a Hillary Minion in September 2015.
I really do wonder if we will be hearing about her in the news again sometime. She KNOWS a lot and possibly has done more.
As Zero Hedge asks, if she had left the administration and was working with Hillary, there is no way in heck she should have had official access to the “RUSSIA!!” concerns of the time…. But since that is her area of expertise and was part of the chorus, if not a featured soloist, in the drumming up of a Derp war (false flag) between Russia and the Ukraine, perhaps the likelihood is that she was a Guiding Light, albeit relatively in the background.
Until she opened her mouth with Mika and Joe.
The timing is such that Evelyn could have been involved in putting together Hunter Biden’s involvement in Burisma. She also could have been involved in two capacities: one capacity is her sitting on the Russia/Ukraine desk in the Obama Administration, and the other is in her capacity and connections with ATLANTIC COUNCIL.
Zero Hedge said above:

I am becoming more and more inclined to think she may be more important to learn about than most are realizing at this moment.
Another thought just popped into my head. Atlantic Council defends child traffickers. We have learned that there is a strong rat line leading to/from the Philippines, which is where Charles cut his teeth before devoting himself to “HEALTHCARE.” I am unable to make a direct accusation about Charles’ Philippine involvement in such things, but I’m raising a VERY RED flag on this dig for both of them, Charles and Evelyn.
Please, will someone depose her? Her story - ALL of it - needs to come out of the Memory Hole, and under oath.
