EVELYN FARKAS and the MEMORY HOLE
PART FOUR
Activities/Organizations

One of the credits on Evelyn’s resume is, “on the advisory board for the Harold Rosenthal Fellowship in International Relations.”

That sounds all warm and fuzzy. But is it?

http://rosenthalfellowship.org

“Welcome
Established in 1977 in memory of Harold W. Rosenthal, the Rosenthal Fellowship was created to expose young scholars of foreign affairs to the inner working of Congress, the US Department of State, and other agencies of the federal government. Each year, a select group of graduate students are chosen. Fellows are chosen for their outstanding scholarly achievments, for their character and for their commitment to the study of international affairs. The Rosenthal Fellows community helps the next generation have the opportunity to work in international affairs offices in the federal government.”

So we find this to be an organization for finding and collecting the best and brightest to be the next derps in line.

Here is page which the organization has thoughtfully provided listing the various winners over the years of the fellowships:

http://rosenthalfellowship.org/fd.htm

I would encourage anyone who seeks to preserve this kind of reference information to do so, for there is a great deal of data about some derpish connections and networks available which might not otherwise be noticeable - or possibly available later.

I did mini dives on several of the fellowship winners, and the connections are remarkable. I can see how there is a LOT of low hanging fruit for FReeQs and others to explore here. It was difficult to pull myself away from digging on each of them…. But there are too many. Perhaps later, if/when some of these obscure names become better known we can revisit them together.

Evelyn Farkas was a winner in 1993. She was listed as a “Senior Advisor Fletcher,” along with other accomplishments.

I studied the list and learned that quite a number of the winners were also studying at Fletcher. So what is “Fletcher?”

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fletcher_School_of_Law_and_Diplomacy

“The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (known as the Fletcher School) is the graduate school of international affairs of Tufts University, in Medford, Massachusetts….”

“…The school’s alumni network numbers over 9,500 in 160 countries, and includes ambassadors, diplomats, high ranking military officers, heads of nonprofit organizations, and corporate executives….”

Wow… so just going to that school throws you into a derpish network socket all on its own. Evelyn received her MA and PhD from Fletcher, and is listed as “Senior Advisor Fletcher.” To me that means she is actually in a position to know as many of the students as she desires…. And can promote the ones she chooses. She also has in her credits, “the advisory board for the Harold Rosenthal Fellowship in International Relations”

That means that she went to a derp “international affairs” training school…. And has become a major headhunter to scout out the emerging talent for the derps.

Another accomplishment listed on Evelyn’s wiki page is the Aspen Institute Socrates Scholar Program.

This is a “rinse and repeat” of what we saw with the Harold W. Rosenthal circumstance. We have stumbled across the importance of the Aspen Institute over the past year and 1/2 of Q researching. They are definitely a seriously major organization promoting derps and more importantly, derp ideas.

The Aspen Institute Socrates Scholar Program is an arm of the Aspen Institute which seeks out and provides a forum and networking opportunities with derps of all stripes:

https://www.aspeninstitute.org/seminars/socrates-program-seminars/
“The Socrates Program provides a forum for emerging leaders from various professions to convene and explore contemporary issues….”

The program sessions are weekend long gatherings at various locations where specified derps from all over are welcomed to come speak and network.

Charles’ little Evelyn is seriously connected and plugged in, well groomed by the derps, and in turn is grooming the next batch.

We will continue to examine Evelyn’s connections in Part Five.

Aspen Institute Forum was in John Solomon’s reporting recently. http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread1231606/pg1
“The new Chairman of the House Intel Committee, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) had an undisclosed meeting with Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson last July at a security conference in Aspen.”
