Former Democratic state legislative leader Stacey Abrams will not challenge Sen. David Perdue (R-Ga.) next year, a blow to Democrats who hoped to make inroads in a state Republicans have controlled for nearly two decades.

On a side note, I’m still elated Casey Cagle went down in flames in the Republican primary runoff.

He so richly deserved it. The way his nasty commercials attacked Kemp was completely uncalled for. If Cagle ever runs for another office, there is no way in hell he gets my vote.

That's too bad. I was looking forward to attending one of her pancake breakfasts. She might be a "D" but her Shrove Tuesday was to die for.

I have noticed one odd detail. If you line up black men and women...it’s now almost three black guys to each black woman, who are Trump-enthusiasts. Some people in the southern states are suggesting it’s going closer to five black guys to each black woman.

“Lard a$$ knows she will lose.
Her favorable ratings in the state have tanked because the nut still insists that “voter suppression” cost her the governorship. She’s delusional as hell.”

Well now, she should fit in beautifully with all the dems, especially the delusional part, and “sleepy Joe” can spend his down time from running for office, smelling her hair.

Senate? Pffft. She’s destined for higher things.

Remember when her name was floated as a possible VP candidate for Biden (this was several weeks ago, before he announced)?

She's a black Democrat. Georgia is 30% black. This is what she had going for her - 30% of the vote automatically. She still couldn't win even with the white socialists and other morons in the metro areas voting for her. Her Democrat talking points: gun confiscation, open borders, higher taxes on the people who actually work for a living, more free stuff for the lazy do nothings that are the Democrat base, etc. wasn't enough. She lost.

When I was a young person, she would have bee jeered out of any place she opened her fat stupid arrogant smug self important mouth, but now she is close to the mainstream of the Democrat party.

Why should she? She already has a job as the governor. But if the Democrats ask nicely maybe she will do both jobs. Hey hey hey, it’s FAT ALBERTA!

... and she still couldn’t win even with that putz Cagle doing everything he could possibly think of to destroy Kemp.

Trivial point - so 8% - 11% of half of 30%. If you do the math that’s either 28% of the vote or 29% of the vote she got automatically for being a black Democrat - not enough difference from 30% to worry Democrat strategists - especially since a few blacks go off the Democrat plantation every election anyway. I’m sure the Democrat planners allow for that. Still the white socialist tyranny loving moron vote was critical to her doing as well as she did.

"... She's delusional as hell...."

She's right up there with Hillary in her denial that she lost the Georgia governor's race because of voter suppression. As of yesterday, she was still claiming she won.

The only "suppression" going on was the chair cushion she sat her fat ass on.

She’s one candidacy away from paying off those credit cards if she manages the campaign committee funds “right.”

Cagle = GOPe; for that matter so is Kemp. GA politics is dominated by liberal/socialist Atlanta. Even the Republican donut surrounding Atlanta is going socialist because of illegal immigration and immigration from third world Democrat shit holes like New York and New Jersey. Ride down Buford highway from Duluth (speed trap central) to Chambodia (formerly Chamblee) and see how many signs you can find in English.

Last election Gwinnett went Democrat
