Say what you will about Subway...but I like me a Cold Cut Combo on occasion.
I remember some years ago ordering a meatball hero at a Subway here in New York City and the Indian or Paki counterpeson asking me if I wanted lettuce and tomatoes on it!, as if it were a chicken or turkey sandwich. They had no clue.
