“I like my steaks rare. What time you firing up the barbie?”

I get the grill as hot as possible. Mix olive oil, salt and pepper together and rub that on both sides of the steak. Cook two minutes on each side, take it off the grill and let rest for five minutes. That’s how I cook a rare steak.
