There is no problem here.
Leave them glued together.
From the perspective of a citizen of the Great White North, leaving them outside during the winter, is too cruel. The idea of vinegar rubbed into their scratched up flesh to disinfect, sounds painful but much less cruel.
I agree.... Let nature take it’s course. In other words, stupid should hurt. Leave them stuck together and maybe next time they won’t be as big of an idiot. Maybe some other knuckle head will also learn something.
