I wear high heels quite often, and being unafflicted with RadFem, I always hold a gentleman’s hand when crossing the lawn or any other risky surface. If it’s deep snow he can throw me over his shoulder; I don’t mind at all.

I suspect tall ladies might have more of a problem. I took a header once while walking across a lawn in high heels. I still wear high heels once in a grwat while, but I don’t do it for fun.
