Some of the geniuses told me here they were allowed to kick anyone out at any time.
If he wants to protest at clinics and volunteer at a place that is friendly to women in need who want to have children, that would be great.
This was an all show, no substance move. He could have tried to talk her out of it on the way.
All those who are going to boo this, why are you on FR now instead of in front of a clinic protesting?
According to the article, the driver not only kicked her out of the car, but took her out of their way to a remote location not on the direct route to the destination, and told her that she wouldn’t be able to get another Uber from that spot.
He did. Reading is helpful. And yeah... for several months, I did join protests several years ago. I still support the effort... but you can't do it 24/7.
“why are you on FR now instead of in front of a clinic protesting?”
Obviously protesting doesn’t work.
2. Even after she got out and started making phone calls to find a cab to the abortion clinic, he hung around for 10 minutes more and offered her a ride back home. She firmly refused. For a second time.
3. At that point, his only option was to remove himself from the scene rather than serve as an accomplice. That's what he did.
4. I DO vigils at clinics. I've done hundreds of them over the past 40 years. I don't fault this guy for doing all he could do as an Uber driver: talking toher about prolife, and then not driving her to her murder appointment.
What *could* he do? Abduct her?
The student then recounted her interaction with the Uber driver, who attempted to dissuade the woman from choosing abortion before telling her he could not drive her to the clinic.
According to her, He then said youre going to regret this decision for the rest of your life and that I was making a mistake.
DP, I highly recommend that those FReepers who haven’t tried it volunteer for an hour slot in a prayerful witness outide a clinic.
Note, as not a ‘protester’, but as a witness. You would be peacefully witnessing to the dignity and humanity of the unborn child.
You could play a part in transforming someone’s life.
You would also find out why no-one can do it 24/7 :0)
BOO.
Just blow them up.

Good afternoon.
“Some of the geniuses told me here they were allowed to kick anyone out at any time”
I was one of those “geniuses.”
The suit will go nowhere.
Said One of the “geniuses.”

I have, but I think right now praying for the souls of those who have such little regard for innocent unborn would be a better service.
Still defending the girl’s murderous and hateful actions?
Still attacking a pro-life person who lost his job for refusing to compromise his convictions?
Your words remind me of Judas who attacked the woman for anointing Christ’s feet with expensive perfume.
I get your point. If he'd driven her all the way, he would've had more time to talk with her.
He sure didn't change her mind by dropping her off somewhere else.
Then again, if he'd driven her all the way, she might've still gone through with her decision and complained about him to his employer.
Or maybe not... who knows? Faced with this situation, the poor guy probably didn't know what to do.
