I’m glad. Hope they’re soon no longer financially able to operate. Think we’ll subsidize them like NPR? Just a thought.

They are the propaganda arm of the DNC, they don’t care about ratings or profits.
If they booked themselves as the fantasy and comedy channel, they would probably bet more viewers since that is really what CNN is.
They have a monopoly or near-monopoly on airports. That’s how they make money.
The Democrat Party is destroying itself internally with each passing day. CNN & MSNBC are destroying themselves with each passing day. Bundling and cable fees pay for everyone and CNN has a much better deal than their ratings deserve - you want to hurt CNN and MSNBC? Cut the cord.
Liberal activist corporations continue to advertise on CNN in a big way - they put their activism above effectiveness. Pay for “Progressive Insurance” and you fund the left because they do! We don’t vote with our wallet enough.
Airports - they get a boost although some are steering away from CNN now based on my recent travel so that may have started cracking. True fact - their obsession with airline crashes hurt them badly at airports because the last thing airports want on television is non-stop speculation about Malaysian airline crashes. Sad event, but slightly amusing side effect.

One of the many ways CNN gets revenue is via satellite and cable TV outfits. They bundle CNN along with all the other useless crap no one watches so they can boast offering 200 channels for so much money. Fact is, even though no one watches CNN, TV viewers are still propping it up via satellite and cable packaging.

Well, duh, it’s always been that way. They exist to be propaganda, everything else is secondary. They get their money from being in cable packages. I sure they don’t like being last, but they’ll keep on with their “prime directive” regardless.
