They believe that by the Dems' raw House votes they control (with no other, immediate "controlling legal authority") they can--in the near term--determine, i.e., skew to their purposes, the very definition of "high crimes and misdemeanors."
With his "leading from behind" mindset, Barry will continue to believe some scintilla of (Satanic) saving grace will rise up to bail him out, as in times past. For example, it somehow arose in Chicago by the disclosure of Jack Ryan's sealed divorce records. How about those Chicago Ways one can learn from Michael Pfleger, Rev. Wright and David Axelrod! Did I mention that BHO was recommended to go to Chicago by Peter Strzok's brother. Oooh, the circle tightens!

If that wasn't enough to steal the headlines from the recently panned TV presentation of Barry's Long Form Birth Certificate, he called upon Seal Team 6 to raid the falsely-purported lair of CIA Agent Tim OsmanOsama bin Laden.
In 2013, with Loretta Fuddy's freshly inked Long Form Birth Certificate (LFBC), after years of Barry being stymied under its oft-questioned absence, or with the Hawaii Dept. of Health's false Verifications of Barry's forged LFBC still being under potential legal challenge. Those could easily have backfired.
Judge influencing to stop Barry's legal challenges in their tracks, although more "leading from behind," also delivered support for the bonus of heaping gleeful derision on sub-humans the Obama butt-kissing media dubbed "birthers," and their silliness, etc., etc.
I think we in the future will yet hear about one or more generally-unreported, unsuccessful attempts on PDJT's life, so I wouldn't say too much about Barry's possibly much-too-from-behind bites at the apple.
