im not for destroying statues, but if Lincoln is the only one left standing, then we have a good start for America 2.

That covered statue of an American Icon is an outrage. POTUS will hammer the Flyers so hard they won’t know what hit them.

What is the genesis of this action? Who called for Smiths removal? Go after that person or institution with all the fury you can muster. This idiocy must cease.
The cause is virtue signalling millennials in marketing and HR scaring executives into “doing something.”

Wanda Sykes? I might have have the shows a chance until I saw her listed. I’d like to thank the people in charge for making sure I don’t watch them.

The society which finds Kate Smith offensive is itself offensive.
To: sparklite2
Well that’s one scene they couldn’t do today.

Do the Flyers play any rap music at their events? Are they investigating the lyrics of the artists who produce the rap songs?

Wanda Sykes is a horror of a human being.
I am a fan of Julia Louise-Dreyfus but could not stand to watch the New Adventures of the Old Christine due to the presence of that racist leftist.

You are providing generalities when specifics are needed.

LavaDog : As an American and Philadelphia sports fan I am beyond disgusted with all the scrubbing of American History
to ease the fragile sensitivities of the weak liberal minds.
The songs in question were performed in the 1920's and 30's."
These are people seeking grievance in past history; they troll for offense.
Heck, they had to go all the way back to the 1920's and 30's to find offense ?
I find racial grievance in the lyrics of hip-hop and rap music by today's musical icons.
