Some states have ‘ABC Stores’, i.e. Alcohol Beverage Control, run by the state, like a bank with ‘tellers’ behind barred counters, but with liquor.......................

Pony Kegs are not liquor stores. Those are state run in Ohio. Pony kegs are beer carry outs. A pony keg is 1/16th or 1/32nd of a real keg.
