Leo X and Francis are both corrupt.
That may indeed be true, there have been some crappy Popes in history, you will never hear me say there were not. Although while you and I may agree on Francis, I don’t put Leo X in the same class as Francis. That doesn’t however negate the Faith, it actually shows despite the stupidity of men (Popes included), the Bishop of Rome is an institution that was around when the Caesars were speaking classical Latin in Rome and Italy and 2,000 years later it still exists. Great Empires and Kingdoms have risen and fallen yet The Catholic Church remains. Personally, my only explanation is Divine Providence and Grace.
