Estonia, a tiny Northern European nation of fewer than 1.4 million inhabitants, has made impressive strides in digitizing, streamlining, and modernizing its government functions. Estonia famously launched its e-residency program that allows practically anybody including foreigners to access Estonian government services. Its digital national ID smartcard blazed the trail of next-generation government-issued IDs despite its (significant) security vulnerabilities.
And its not just the court system thats getting an AI overhaul in the country in fact, AI already has automated a number of government functions. Its scanning satellite images with algorithms to determine if subsidized farming operations are following government-mandated rules. AI algorithms are even scanning the resumes of laid-off workers to find them jobs.

How about using technology to clear our own legal backlog?
Put every illegal invader on the polygraph when they cross (not the short supply of judges, just technicians). If they fail, they go in front of a rock-solid immigration judge “this evidence shows that you lied in your claims; can you prove the test wrong? No? Deportation and do not return order; next case.” Those who pass go in front of a top-tier polygraph expert for a second check; pass that, and they go to a real judge (that day).
As liars stop coming, work through the legal backlog of those invaders already here: if they fail a polygraph, they go home with no appeal. If they pass twice, they go in front of a judge. I’d like to see every available polygraph technician in the country working that job. Pretty soon, America’s globalist enemies would stop paying invaders to come here and lie in their claims for asylum.
Polygraphs dont work, and are inadmissible as evidence.
Computers could replace most Judges ,LOL
Just cut off every welfare dime and mandate everify, while fining businesses for every noncitizen to recuperate the taxes they are dodging. Problem solved. No magnets, no illegals.
They could model it after RBG (or any of the liberal SCJ’s) they seem to be pre-programmed to rule in lockstep anyway
Not quite accurate - NSA and CIA continue to use them because they are a useful indicator. I would not allow an illegal invader to stay based on passing a polygraph, but I would certainly deport any foreign criminal who failed that test. Polygraphs are not perfect and their admissibility as evidence varies. They are allowed in court in: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Utah, Washington, Wyoming. Additionally, they can be used in California, Arizona, Nevada, Georgia, and Florida, if both parties must agree. Since immigration hearings are not a criminal trial, I'd like to see our Justice Department use polygraphs to streamline the process of deporting invaders.
Great for legal system but sucks for justice system.
