Well they did start something and people lost their heads over it so yeah; but the undercurrent was already there and the people were just tired of how they were being governed by the royalty - so maybe Macron will step down. This thing about shooting will put people over the edge though.
I read the article and it sounded like open season on The Yellow Vests.

It’s been awful for the last 18 weeks. People have been mutilated, hands and legs blown off, eyes destroyed by those LBD bullets, united nation has pulled Macron on this but he’s chosen to be arrogant and basically as if they don’t know what they’re talking about
