Your picture of John Podesta got me thinking that he wears a wedding ring. This is his mother’s obituary from legacy.com:

Podesta’s mother and wife both named Mary. According to her LinkedIn account, Mary, an attorney, worked as the associate director and chief counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for 13 years (1979-1992) before getting the job at the Investment Company Institute.

In 2007, Podesta founded Heather Podesta + Partners,[3] which is the nation’s largest woman-owned government relations firm.[4] As a lobbyist, Podesta’s clients include the energy, finance, healthcare, retail, real estate, education, transportation, and weapons[5] sectors. She previously worked as a congressional aide to members of Congress, including US Representatives Robert Matsui and Earl Pomeroy, and US Senator Bill Bradley. She also served as assistant general counsel at the Air Transport Association and general counsel at the Airlines Clearing House.[6]
