In summary it is almost certain that Team Mueller knew from the outset there was no Russian collusion/conspiracy because: 1) it’s the same team from 2016 through 2019; and 2) they knew from the outset there was no “there” there.

IMO, they knew at least earlier than 12/29/2016 with the 01/06/2017 release of the ICA document (under Comey) - "Background to “Assessing Russian Activities and Intentions in Recent US Elections”: The Analytic Process and Cyber Incident Attribution"

What was released wasn't the full report - note the caveat in the report.
This report is a declassified version of a highly classified assessment; its conclusions are identical to those in the highly classified assessment but this version does not include the full supporting information on key elements of the influence campaign.

I wonder if we can get this via FOIA. Or do we care anymore ?

I have previously said on this thread that the moment the Dhimmicrats pass impeachment articles out of committee for consideration by the full house, DECLAS will happen and the primary players in the impeachment will be fully exposed (specifically #SCHIFFORBRAYNZ).

If that plays out, then impeachment will be withdrawn for lack of “qualified” support.

The question now, in the shadow of the Mueller Nothing Burger, is are the Dhimmicrats desperate enough to chance it?

I find the no Americans will be prosecuted for Russian collusion comment odd. Trump and his administration were cleared but no other Americans were addressed and the report didn’t address things in grand jury or other investigations.

Because all other investigations weren’t under the purview of Mueller and his team. Remember that Gen. Flynn was interviewed 19 times and I wish I could remember exact statement, but something about the info or the interviews were connected to other depts/something or others.

So this “no Americans” thingie means solely connected with “Trump colluding w/ Russia”.

The other investigations and so on - waiting in the corner to spring.

the examples are the actual articles of impeachment for Nixon.
My parentheses info were the potential corresponding hypothetical Pres.Trump actions that could fit Nixon's articles of impeachment.
(Note - the House denied 2 other articles of impeachment for Nixon - bombing cambodia and failure to pay taxes.)
people remember the articles but not the underlying actions warranting the articles. Even Nixon's underlying actions,as defined by the articles, were sketchy and general at best.

I keep thinking I'm giving the RATs a roadmap by trying to hash this stuff out. Course, outside of a select few, who looks @ FR ? or takes us @ FR seriously ? I think I'll shut-up about this now.
