Don’t watch TV.
It’s like drugs.
It seems like almost every show now has the compulsory homo “love” scene.
How I yearn for the days of Ozzie and Harriet or Father Knows Best when they wouldn’t even show a double bed in the master bedroom — it was always twin beds.
The Gay Mafia has pretty much seized control of all screenwriting in Hollywood. You either conform to their warped values or you don’t get the gig.
It’s all a part of our cultural reprogramming.
You can choose to embrace it, reject it, or mock it (like I do).
You can’t have just noticed this.
It has been going on for a long time. It is nothing more or less than Pavlovian conditioning.
And it works!
Not so entertaining anymore, is it?
Consume Hollywood content, consume Hollywood ethics.
Personally I consume only Japanese content now.
It's to appeal to morons who watch TV. With all due respect - stop watching this crap.
A scenario of something that represents less than 1% of our population on prime time TV
~~~
It’s called “systematic desensitization”, and yes, it is probably very deliberately so
I have been stockpiling old TV shows and movies with the belief that at some point I will stop watching live TV.
TV networks are the enemy. Don’t watch anything currently being produced. 99% of it is trash, and it’s primarily purpose is to brainwash people, especially the young.
Don’t expect this situation to improve. The rub is that you’re funding it.
There is still refuge in vintage programming for the most part, at least until it is banned for not being “inclusive” enough.
it’s all to numb people’s conscience. soften them up just like the walton’s and will and grace and lots of other shows that were popular over the decades softened up people to the point we stop fighting and let all this flood over minds and lives and breed generations that think it’s all ok.
Why are Left so opposed to gun violence or sexual or child abuse yet keep making and promoting movies, and music, video games etc that are all about it? again it’s to numb the consciences of the masses of people in this country.
It’s just “entertainment” til it happens in real life to people we love. Or as has happened it becomes the norm.
LOL!! I never watched the show, but have felt the same about plenty of others, and have stopped watching them. It’s gotten so I watch very little of U.S. television anymore, and what I do watch, I record on a DVR, so I can fast-forward through the commercials, or any disgusting scenes I don’t want to see. L&O:SVU has been on for 20 years. I can’t imagine watching a program for that long. They just become redundant after a while. I used to faithfully watch Blue Bloods, but quit a couple of years ago, because each week’s story was picked from something that had happened in the news. I didn’t care to see news stories regurgitated in a syndicated TV show, and bowed out. I prefer downloading British tv shows, usually historical documentaries and mystery programs, and I have Netflix to watch international mystery series, where there are plenty of good ones to view.
WE talk here in social media and they spend a TON of money to get public schools, writers, actors and news outlets to get into our entertainment heads.
It's kind'a like every TV program is all about watching the Kardashians.
Remember when it was only Martha Stewart and Murphy Brown ?
On steroids !
Lucy and Ricky were married in real life but they had twin beds.
WTH is “L&O:SVU”, anyway?
