Seattle Is Dying. It's a harsh title. Someone on social media even called it a "hopeless" title. I'll admit to you that I wrestled with the name for some time. Too dramatic, I wondered? Too dark? In the end I went with it because I believe it to be true. I believe that Seattle is dying. Rotting from within.

I lived in Seattle 2000-2008 and in just those 8 short years I saw the downtown part go from rough to no-go after 8pm. The homeless population and drug abuse is out of control.

The city council's way of treating the homeless is allow them their drugs (have to steal to get the money) and safe injection sites with free sterile needles. They've got it completely backwards; they're homeless because of the drugs - can't hold a job, etc., and the CC want's more money for the homeless. They've never said what they've done with the money they've already received from taxes for the homeless.

There was a guy in Toledo, Ohio who made a bunch of similar Toledo is Dying videos and put them on YouTube.

The local Democrat pols took offense and got all wee-weed up about it. The Toledo Blade put a bounty out for anybody who would doxx the guy and publicly ID him.

He has since killed his YouTube account and gone to ground.
