Having encountered more schizophrenics than I care to recall during my decades in "front line" medicine I can guarantee that they're prone to the most bizarre thoughts,beliefs and actions you can imagine. I've heard it said that most schizophrenics are non violent but when they get the idea that somebody,or some *thing*,is out to get them...watch out.
Nobody related to a schizophrenic should ever be surprised to learn of a tragic...and sometimes violent...death.
