Bribes are wire fraud? Really?
They should have just been elected to congress where taking bribes is part of the job.
Come to think of it, that would have taken care of the tax thing as well.
So basically it is just so much bureaucratic nonsense.
Title IX brings in a lot. Bribes are wire fraud.
