This one is very interesting. My read is that after Sessions resigned but before Whitaker assumed office, the Mule filed a bunch of sealed indictments in DC federal court. They are intended to be a continuation of the block of Trump from declassifying and going on offense.
The answer to the question about pulling a sealed indictment is YES. Barr can do it. Question is who was targeted. POTUS? Trump Jr.? Either one would keep the “obstruction of justice” phony block going.
So once again Mueller seems to be a black hat.
