Yep! Same with customer service. I called up a few years ago and the guys accent was so bad I couldn’t understand a word he was saying.

“Hmm? Come again?”
“Gibler poporala dipertru kxxzzt flot”
I do believe I have spoken with that person. Said his name was “Steve”...
