I learned my lesson last year when I updated and found out my scanner no longer worked, even after I re-installed the scanner program and drivers. BTW anyone ever use itunes? My God, talk about hands down THE worst program ever created in the history of computers. I got an ipad from a friend and tried to put movies on it, absolutely impossible to figure out. You would THINK it would be so easy as to just have a button that says “Transfer files to ipad” but NOPE! I wasted over an hour before I finally gave up. I then download an alternative program from the internet completely unrelated to Apple and it worked perfect.

“BTW anyone ever use itunes?”

Yes, on Mac’s and PC’s.

It works very well for us.

I can stream any of our: 530 movies, 7115 songs, 101 TV shows and/or 4 music videos flawlessly via AppleTV to multiple TV screens/stereo receivers using an iPad, iPhone or a AppleTV remote. It’s easy-peasey.

I’m sure your movie wound up in the folder called ‘Movies’ on your iPad.

Have a great week.

I use Dropbox and VLC to watch movies with subtitles on my Iphone. (Imovie is incredibly primitive.) I use Avidemux or FFMPEG to compress them and save space.
