Mitchell Dutz reported in Dec that a black guy stole his car with his baby in it. The report was fraudulent, he was charged with reckless conduct just like Jussie was. Mitchell pled guilty and was sentenced in Feb to 3 years. Lets hope the Illinois judges stay consistent.
