He has no rights because what he is *saying* may cause violent people to be violent - so in the best interests of the *collective* we will persecute you, not those that would be violent.
Only in the USA do we believe the best interests of the individual, individual liberty, is in the best interests of the collective. There is no other country. I grew up in the UK - it took me a while to see this, this is now a foreign concept to them.
