If you believe that the Q program is an Presidentially authorized psyop and alt-communication channel designed to bypass the media and inform the populace, then yea. Actively opposing it and working against it puts you in opposition to Trump.
In my book, opposing the President's program is not the act of a "Trump supporter".

p.s. You sound like one of those people that think President Trump is in the White House without a plan, just waking up every day wondering what he should do next.
