Joe Bastardi (weather bell) predicted this in August
It will be really scary if we have this weather in August.
He just predicted it for January and February though. Meteorological winter is over. Joe admitted his forecast was a bust a few weeks ago and that all the cold air he thought would pour into the plains ended up in the NW and W.
