(writing to you from my wife’s PC)...as piroque said in comment #4, my new PC should arrive in a couple of weeks. Today, someone will try to “fix” my unusable PC temporarily while I wait for the new one to arrive. Everything I need to post the toons (as well as MANY other things) are on that PC. If possible, he’ll be trying to access some usable parts on my bad hard drive...this is way above my paygrade.

His computer hard drive crashed and he needs a new computer.
A couple of days ago, I emailed him and he said he didn't know how long it would be to get set-up with a new one.
I told him I hoped it was soon because me and a whole lot of other people were going through Today's Toons withdrawals. :-)
