The map shows the states that issue driver's licenses to illegal foriegners.
The first link is to a tweet that lists the countries that require identification to vote. And it's a lot.
Now this is anecdotal and off the top of my head, but if I'm not mistaken, at least in California, when you apply for a driver's license you register to vote at the same time and its rather automatic.
So, if that's true, then having a driver's license would make it easier to vote illegally. And other liberal states that allow illegals license to drive are most likely similar. This would allow illegals to easily vote.
All you have to do, in my experience, is show up at the polling place, tell them your name and address, and sign the list. If you go to the wrong polling place, you can still vote provisionally.
Absentee ballots you don't even have to do that. Just check a box and ballots come to your house. It's all the rage.
The checks and balances are negligible, it seems to me.
Now, I just made all that last part up and have no reporting on the issue.

LOGICALLY, both the BLUE STATE status and the lax DL/Voter ID laws could be caused by a third common factor, e.g., simple, demented RAT preferences in the state.
Yes. Especially in a state like California, which is almost totally controlled by derps. They can choose to enforce election laws, ignore them, look the other way, and even encourage and facilitate vote fraud. And they do.
Q asks us to compare this pattern with the 2016 voting patter (R v. D). Stand by.
