I have examined the membership of the Gang of Eight of that period, and while I can easily find those who would be members of the Deep State, I'm having trouble finding people who would be White Hats and friends of Trump.

I stand by my earlier reasoning. For once, McCabe might be telling the truth. The anti-Trump conspiracy may well be many times larger than we think.
