The apparent strategy of the Dems is to intentionally run radicals and nut cases so that at the end one or two candidates posing as models of moderation and centrism will appear to be the logical choice, and moreover, more moderate than Trump (at least in speech).
The Dems are positioning Minnesota attorney and Senator Amy Klobuchar and Hawaiian Army Reserve major Tulsi Gabbard as exemplars of moderation and reason. The others are diversions.
Don’t forget this is how Trump won. The Repubs portrayed all their other candidates as part of the Establishment War Machine and Trump as the Court Jester. It worked.
If the Rats honestly think that a mentally unstable b*tch like Kolubchar would have a chance against Trump, they have completely lost their minds.
