Just what I was thinking. Adam didn’t argue with Eve about the fruit (that we know of)...just listened and did what he was told.
I was going for a shotgun, poetic approach there rather than the whole linear arrow-of-time accuracy thing....

She was named the Greenest Celebrity at the 2011 International Green awards for her environmental activism including, among other things, preventing deforestation and protecting waterways in the Amazon.6 She also started a “Green Blog” on her website to try to bring awareness to a broad range of environmental issues from protecting animal habitats to reducing resource consumption.7

It is not for the laity to decide who is a heretic, but the local ordinary or all the way up to the pope, and the conditions are "subject to the conditions provided by Canon Law." (CCC 2272 ) And details are what a canon lawyer of deals with in showing how hard it can be to judge whether the Pope can be judged as Committing Heresy? ("Heresy Defined ),
And what Rome does shows how she understands canon law, and which it teaches the laity every time she provides proabortion, prohomosexual public figures with church funerals.

I know very well, that Voodoo (voo dun) and Santeria nothing to trifle with. I know some African missionaries and pastor who have come up against very powerful Shaman’s in which doctors in Africa. And only through the protection and Authority that they had in Jesus Christ kept them from harm. I have heard very many similar stories of voodoo and Santeria down in the Caribbean and its sway over unbelievers in Jesus. It all comes from that Thief who seeks to kill and Destroy.
