The cyanide process would be more cost effective.

It is. I was considering all of the nasty ways to get gold. I forgot mercury.

Not if they’re smart they won’t. Flotation mills recover far more product than any of the “old ways” and that process is not new. Its also not nearly as toxic as the old ways either.
