After you put the photo link in quotation marks, but before the closing "greater than" symbol, >, you simply type width = 400 (but you can adjust the number once you see it in Preview.... 400 seems to work best most of the time)

Hmmm.... brackets [], braces {}, and parentheses ().... why don't these guys < > have their own names? Inequalities, maybe?
