How to skip the long introductory posts: Those on the Q ping list receive pings to new threads (see image below for example). Clicking on the post number(s) to which the red arrow is pointing, skips over the largest introductory posts and begins viewing around post 5 on the thread.

  

The "click here" link (hi-lighted in yellow) should also skip to post #4 also but sometimes I forget and use the main thread link (sorry).

If you click on the title of the thread, shown underlined in red, you are taken to the top of the thread and would have to scroll past all introductory material.
