I just finished reading several articles that Google found, but none of them answer the burning questions:

Did his sexting partner threaten to 'out' him?

Did his wife find the texts and threaten to 'out' him?

Was he using a Gulf Breeze city phone to do the sexting?

Was his sexting partner a city employee or member of the city council?

Did he have an unlimited data plan?
