Shipp claimed Barr was a "close associate" of 'HW Bush" and that would mean that Barr would "be there" for the Bay of Pigs operation. Problem: Barr was born in May 23, 1950. The Bay of Pigs invasion occured April 17, 1961. So Barr was 10 years old at the time.
Shipp claimed that he was the CIA whistleblower exposing the Phoenix Program, an assasination program run by the CIA. Shipp said he "blew the whistle" on "Operation Phoenix" where 40,000 Vietnamese citizens (highly exagerated)were assasinated. Shipp was born Feb. 6, 1956 and was 16, when Bill Still,running in a congressional race exposed the Phoeneix program in the 10th Congressional race in 1962 in the district where CIA Hqs is located in Langley, VA.
Shipp stated that Barr went all the way back to "Nixon's foreign policy" and Kissinger and including the Watergate controversy". Barr had just turned 22 years of age when the Watergate break-in occurred on June 17, 1972 and was attending Columbia University in NYC.
Shipp stated that Barr attended the wedding of both of Mueller daughters and the Barr family and the Mueller family are close, asks "Why didn't they bring this out"? But Barr admitted his friendship with Mueller at his hearing.

Off topic a bit but concerning the bay pf pigs...
Seems George H.W. Bush was involved.

Bay of Pigs will prove the names of those 3 ships. Again, this is more
finger prints of George Bush’s involvement in the Bay of Pigs invasion.
Yet Bush denies his role in this great adventure.”
