Actually I am quite pleased with the 9 year sentence. Britain should take a lesson from Australia. When we lived in Britain, a man in a nearby village murdered his wife. From the details that were published, it was obvious he murdered her. The verdict in the case? Just ‘misadventure’. He did say she was a nag......so there was that.
The sentence seems appropriate, but parole eligibility kicks in after only 2 years.
