Do you have the character to back up the video to the 4 through 6 second mark where it shows the man BEING THE FIRST ONE TO ASSAULT SOMEONE as he moves the girl he later punched out of the way?
Will you show the screen shots of that?

The guy only comes into the frame from the right side @ 4:00 and touches nobody. @ 5:00 the black sleeve-topped come into the frame also from the left pushing the back of the guy.
Neither you or I saw anything else before this because it was out of frame - including whether or not the anybody the guy ‘assaulted’ anyone or anyone ‘assaulted’ him before he was pouched from behind.
