Perhaps Trump should offer the Democratic Duo of Nancy and Chuck a special deal:
For every $10 million you give Trump and American citizens for the wall, you'd get $1 billion for House Bill 1 spending.
One billion dollars will pay a lot of federal employees, most of whom are stalwart Democrats.
One billion dollars will pay 800,000 people $1,250.
Can the American people get $10 million for anti-invasion wall construction?
Do you Democrats in Congress hate Trump and the Americans who voted for Trump so much that you will refuse to provide even $10 million to build part of a wall needed to preserve the American way of life?
February is coming soon, how about giving Homeland Security $20 million for wall construction so those 800,000 federal employees can get an average of $2,500?
One dollar for Trump and the country's security against invasion gets nearly $100 for your Democratic base.
And if you give Homeland Security $200 million for wall construction, you'd get $20 billion for House Bill 1 spending.
The sum of $20 billion for 800,000 federal employees means an average of $25,000? Can they get it? Can we stop the invading hordes from Honduras, please, por favor?
We must not let Mexican and Honduran poverty become the American way of life here in the USA.

I believe this is where the experts feel better barriers are needed:
104 miles - Rio Grande Valley sector, south of McAllen & Brownsville, Texas
27 miles - Yuma sector, Arizona
14 miles - El Centro sector, California
55 miles - Laredo sector, Texas
5 miles - San Diego sector
9 miles - El Paso sector, Texas & New Mexico

It could be constructed by the military as a form of job training for soldiers headed for the private sector.
The soldiers who laid down razor wire fencing could obviously legally build an anti-invasion wall.
Federal prisoners about to be released could benefit by learning some construction and welding skills too.

The major expense could be materials, so even $200 million would go far.
That $200 million would pay for 200 miles of $1 million/mile materials. One million dollars/mile translates to about $200/linear foot.

My wall design suggestions:
1. use steel piping, bought from say a supplier to the Texas oil industry,
since it is sure to be reasonable in cost
2. fill each pipe with a mixture of concrete, crushed stone and
steel scrap specially selected, by recycling professionals,
to strengthen the pipe and to make its theft uneconomical
3. coat at least six feet of each pipe, near what would be the top,
with what they use to coat pebble driveways here in Florida and
then roll coated part of each pipe in glass shards bought from a recycler
to make climbing the pipe far more difficult
4. dig the wall trench, about eight feet deep and two feet wide
5. fill the wall trench with heavy rocks, to about three feet from top,
leaving a three-foot space to place the steel pipes
6. place a strong steel I-beam based form, assembled with bolts and nuts,
over a part of trench to hold pipes upright
and properly spaced to prevent an infant from being passed through
7. weld a strap near to the top of each pipe end,
so each pipe can be lifted and lowered into place,
using telephone pole equipment
8. drive a utility work truck alongside with a welder
9. weld each steel strap to an adjacent pipe to ensure proper pipe spacing
10. fill trench with rocks to top and then with concrete
11. let concrete set
12. remove and reuse forms
13. paint pipes black so they get real hot in the desert heat

Make it simple. The EPA and the Wall should get the same budget this year. EPA gets about $8B a year. Give the same to the Wall. If the globalist party really cares about CO2, let them give real Americans $10B or $20B for the Wall, and they get the same to discourage people from exhaling and to discourage cows from burping.
The socialists get what they want. Special bonus: America’s enemies claim that walls don’t work. If that’s true, they get to save the world (just like Superman, the Fantastic Four, the Avengers, and the rest of the superheros they imagine their allies to be), and the cost is negligible.
