Hopefully, but like I said at the outset, it does seem that Trump knows who to trust (i.e., Rush and Sean - and NOT the Bushies around him) and, for that, I’m not overly worried.
Under the jurisdiction—Meaning owing NO allegiance to any other country. The 14th was for newly freed stateless slaves. That’s it.
Why naturalize whole swaths of people(other than newly freed slaves) under a ‘permanent’ amendment to the Constitution when we have a Congress with that authority? That’s right, you wouldn’t.

I am not going to worry, I think President Trump is negotiating here, President Trump is trying to sweeten the pot to try and find out what their price is, what will it take to sell out their base. Negotiating does not mean deal, they could accept or counter, President Trump can pull it at any time. He is trying to get them to bite at something.
